I am very excited to announce a partnership between our school and Own Books; a charity working to make sure that every child is able to have books in their own home. We have had our first delivery of books from them and I have set these up in the library. The children are welcome to look through the books, choose one that they like, take it home and keep it. Each book from the charity has a sticker either on the inside front cover or on the back to show where it has come from.

I have introduced this in assembly this morning but please also encourage your children to visit the library and have a look through to tubs. If there's nothing they like in there at the moment, don't worry, we will have regular deliveries and the tubs will be updated with these new books as well.
