Achievements this year
Sporting achievements are always celebrated during family assembly and we are all very proud of what our children achieve in and outside of school.
We have been able to celebrate a number of successful sporting moments this year already.
Our football team is currently unbeaten in the league, with only three games to go.
Our netball team are on track to have the most successful year ever, with yet another unbeaten season.
We have had many children competing in cross country events and achieving personal bests. Two of the cross country team placed in the top 15 of the County finals, which is a real achievement.
Our Boccia team competed so well in the first round of the competition that they are now through to the next round - fantastic!
We have also taken some Year 3 and Year 4 pupils to a non-competitive swimming event at Stratford Pool – races such as ‘Quidditch’, ‘Cross the River’ and ‘Egg and Spoon’, saw the children swimming with many things to hold and obstacles to overcome – it was a great event and our children did themselves and us proud!
Well done to everyone for their participation and personal successes.
